郵便の受け取り方についてですが、京都では、郵便受けに名前を記載しないと、手紙が配達されない場合があります。確実に郵便をつけ取りたい場合は、郵便受けにお名前を記載して下さい。郵便局に転居届を出しておくと、確実性が増します。

Some postmen deliver the mails without the residents name on mailbox. But some postmen don't deliver the mails without information about residents name on the mailbox. Therefore please put your name card on the mailbox if you want to receive your mails surely. Furthermore, you can receive mail surely when you give a information about your name and address to the post office.
