ゴミは京都市指定のゴミ袋を正しく使用して下さい。水分はきちんと水切りして下さい。

資源ゴミとしてゴミを出す場合は、「プラスチック容器・ラッピング」と「缶・びん・ペットボトル」は、混ぜないで下さい。
資源ゴミは分別の仕方を間違うと、収集してもらえないので、燃やすゴミ用として詰め直しました。
正しく分別出来ない場合は、京都市指定の燃やすゴミ用の黄色の袋に入れて出して下さい。

紙も、大きな段ボールや新聞紙を除いて、京都市指定の燃やすゴミ用の黄色の袋に入れて出して下さい。

If you want to put your garbage as resource garbage, please do NOT mix "Plastic containers and wrappings" and "Cans, glass bottles, PET bottles(plastic bottles)". If we mistake the way to separate the resource garbage, the city government don't pick it up. Therefore we repacked it to the yellow bag for the burnable garbage which Kyoto city government appointed. If you can't separate the garbage exactly, please use the yellow bag for the burnable garbage.

We can recycle newspaper and the big corrugated cardboards. But we can't recycle small paper. Therefore please put the small paper into yellow bag as "burnable garbage" which Kyoto city appointed .


ゴミは種類別の指定日に出して下さい。

Please put your garbage into the trash box on a designated day according to the categories of the garbage.

  • 月の朝(Monday morning)：「プラスチック容器・ラッピング」(Plastic containers and Wrappings)
  • 火の朝(Tuesday morning)：「燃えるゴミゴミ・リサイクルしないゴミ」(Burnable garbage and non-recycle garbage)
  • 火の夜＋水の朝(Tuesday night and Wednesday morning)：「缶・びん・ペットボトル」(Cans, Glass bottles, PET bottles(plastic bottles))
  • 木(Thursday)：ゴミ収集はありません(There are no garbage pickup)
  • 金の朝(Friday morning)：「燃えるゴミゴミ・リサイクルしないゴミ」(Burnable garbage and non-recycle garbage)
  • 土日(Saturday and Sunday)：ゴミ収集はありません(There are no garbage pickup)



    指定日以外にゴミを出されても、ゴミを保管する場所がありません。ゴミ箱があふれると、建物全体にゴミの臭いが漂う可能性があります。ゴミは収集日まで各自の部屋で保管して下さい。

    We don't have other space to keep your garbage until the day when city government collect your garbage. If your garbage will be here, the smell of your garbage may spread through the whole building.

    水道工事・断水のお知らせ / Notice of water outage

    ２月１３日、 水道工事があり、１３時頃～１５時頃まで断水になる予定です。なお、工事の終了時間、断水時間は、変更になる場合があります。ご協力、よろしくお願いします。

    There will be water supply construction on 13 February. The water supply will be cut off from around 13:00 to 15:00 on 13 February. It may be change in the end time for the construction and the water outage. Thank you for your cooperation.

    水道や給湯器の凍結について / The freeze of the water service and hot water supply device

    寒くなると、水道や給湯器が凍結する場合があります。京都で水道が凍るのは非常に稀ですが、給湯器は、天気予報で氷点下マイナス１度以下になると、凍る場合があります。（実際は、電熱ヒーターが入っているので、もっと寒くならないと凍らない場合があります）
    この場合、自然に解凍するのを待って、水道や給湯器を急激に暖めないで下さい。さもないと、水道管が破裂したり、給湯器が故障する場合があります。

    早朝、冷え込みが予想され、朝からお湯を使用したい場合は、ベランダの給湯器のガスの元栓を締めてから、一晩中、蛇口（お湯側の蛇口）から少しずつ水を出して下さい。そうすると、給湯器の凍結は防げます。ただし、水道代がたくさんかかりますが…。

    A water service and hot water supply device may freeze up when it becomes very cold. It is very rare that the water supply in Kyoto freeze. But the hot water supply device may freeze when it is less than -1 degree centigrade by a weather forecast. (Actually it may not freeze when it become less cold because an electric heater is contained.) In this case, please wait when it defrosts naturally. And please do not heat them. Otherwise water pipe may explode and a hot water supply device may break down.

    If you really wants to use hot water from morning even if the hot water supply device will be freeze in the early morning, please start water from a faucet (hot water side) little by little overnight after closing the cock of the gas of the hot water supply device in your balcony. Then you can prevent the freeze of the hot water supply device although much water will be wasted.

    結露について / About dew condensation

    寒暖の差が激しい時、アルミサッシの窓に結露が生じます。結露を放置すると、カビが生えることがありますので、以下の点、ご留意下さい。（もし気にならない場合は、カーテンなどにカビが生えても、塩素系洗剤で洗濯すると除菌することが出来るので、過度に気にする必要はありません。）

    1)結露はこまめに拭いて、カーテンや床がなるべく濡れないようにしてください。
    （結露防止シートや結露吸着シートを窓に張ると、窓が割れる可能性があります。また、窓を暖めても、窓が割れる場合がありますので、窓に何かを貼ったり、暖めたりしないで下さい。）

    2)　料理をする時やシャワーを使う時など、湿気を生じる時は、換気扇を使って下さい。
    （換気扇を使う時は、窓やドアを少し開けて下さい。そうしないと換気扇の性能が発揮されません。）

    When there is difference of temperature of the heat and cold, the dew condensation occurs to the window of the aluminum frame. Although it is usual thing, if dew condensation occurs heaveily, mold may grow when we do not perform the following thing.(You don't have to worry about mold excessively if you don't mind. If you wash the curtains with chlorine-based detergent, it will become clean.)

    1) Please wipe off the dew condensation with a dustcloth. Then it prevents curtain and floor from getting wet.
    (The window may be broken when you put a dew condensation prevention seat or a dew condensation adsorption seat on the window. And also the window may be broken when you warm the window. Therefore please don't put anything on the window. And please don't heat the window.)

    2) Please use the ventilation fan, when you cook, when you shower, or when you produce moisture.
    (When you use the ventilation fan, please open a window or a door. Otherwise the performance of ventilation fan is not well.)

    Please put these garbage into the yellow for "Burnable garbage" which designated by Kyoto city!

    These garbage were not collected out because these garbage are against the rule. We had to repack to the garbage bag which designated by Kyoto city. And we had to bring them out.

    資源ゴミを、洗ってから分別できない場合は、可燃ゴミ用の黄色い袋にゴミを入れて下さい。
    Pet bottes and plastic containers can't be mixed. And you have to clean up them if you want to recycle.
    If you can't, please put all garbage into the yellow bag for "Burnable garbage" which designated by Kyoto city.
