年末年始のゴミ回収日について
The garbage collection day in the year-end and New Year
可燃ごみの年内最終収集日は、12月31日（火曜日）です。
8時までにゴミ出しをお願いします。
The last collection day in the year-end for the burnable garbage is 31th December (Tuseday).
Please bring it by 8 am.
年末のため、ゴミ収集が早くなる可能性があります。The garbage collection car may come earlier than usual because of end of year holiday.
お正月(１月１日～４日)は、ごみの回収がありません。ゴミは自室で保管下さい。
There are no garbage collection in New Year Holiday (from 1st Jan to 4rd Jan).
Please keep your garbage in your room in this period.
可燃ごみの回収開始日：1月7日（火）
The collection starting date of the burnable garbage: 7th January(Tuseday)
プラスチック容器の回収開始日：1月5日（日）
The collection starting date of the plastic container: 5th January (Sunday)
当マンションのプラスチック容器の回収は、13日(月)より、開始します。1月5日(日)は、近隣のゴミ収集場所に出して下さい。
ただし、リサイクル可能なプラスチック容器は、必ずきれいに洗ってから、指定の袋に入れて出して下さい。
The garbage collection of our apartment will start on the 13th (Monday).
If you need, please bring your the plastic container for recycle to a nearby garbage collection place on 5th January (Sunday).
In this case, please make sure your recycle garbage clean up.

12月23日（月）、24日（火）のゴミ収集について
On the taking out the garbage on 23th(Monday) and 24th(Tuesday)
12月23日（月）、資源ゴミの収集は行いません。
The recyclable garbage will not be collected in our apartment on 23th(Monday).
資源ゴミは、近隣の路上にある京都市指定の資源ゴミ収集場所へ、自分で持って行って下さい。資源ゴミの分類の仕方を間違ったり、指定日以外に持って行くと、トラブルとなる可能性が高いので、注意して下さい。
Please bring your recyclable garbage to the collection place specified by Kyoto City on the street of the neighborhood on the specified day.
Please be aware that there is a high possibility of trouble if you misclassify the your recycle garbage or if you bring your garbage outside the designated date.
12月24日（火）、燃えるゴミは、通常通り、収集します。
The burnable garbage will be collected on 24th(Tuesday) in our apartment as usual.
燃えるゴミ（燃やすゴミ）は、近隣の収集場所へは出さないで下さい。燃えるゴミは、カラスに荒らされる可能性が高く、カラスに荒らされると、トラブルとなる可能性が高いので、注意して下さい。
Please don't bring your barnable garbage to the neighbor place.
Because your garbage may be pick up by crows. In this case, the neighbor people will get very angry for you who bring your garbage.
台風接近、ご注意下さい！
関西地方を直撃する可能性は低いと思われますが、停電や断水の可能性があります。
A typhoon comes closely, and please be careful!
Although it is unlikely to hit the Kansai region directly, there may be a blackout and the suspension of water supply.

各郵便受けに入っていましたが、そのまま放置されていたものは、郵便受けの上に置いています。
必要があれば、お持ち買える下さい。
防災案内も入っています。
"NTT Town Page" was distributed into each mailbox.
(There are many information around our apartment.Disaster prevention information is also included.)
(NTT is the biggest tel-commnunication campany in Japan)
I put the Town pages which what was left untouched on the mailbox. If necessary, please bring it.
連休中のゴミ出しについて
燃えるゴミは、マンション内で、通常通り、火曜日と金曜日に収集されます。資源ゴミは、マンションでの収集は行いません。
資源ゴミは、京都市指定の収集日に、近隣の路上にある京都市指定の資源ゴミ収集場所へ、自分で持って行って下さい。
資源ゴミの分類の仕方を間違ったり、指定日以外に持って行くと、トラブルとなる可能性が高いので、注意して下さい。
On the taking out the garbage during holiday week
The burnable garbage will be collected on Tuesday and Friday in our apartment as usual.
However, the recyclable garbage will not be collected in our apartment.
Please bring your recyclable garbage to the collection place specified by Kyoto City on the street of the neighborhood on the specified day.
Please be aware that there is a high possibility of trouble if you misclassify the your recycle garbage or if you bring your garbage outside the designated date.

水道や給湯器の凍結について / The freeze of the water service and hot water supply device
寒くなると、水道や給湯器が凍結する場合があります。京都で水道が凍るのは非常に稀ですが、給湯器は、天気予報で氷点下マイナス１度以下になると、凍る場合があります。（実際は、電熱ヒーターが入っているので、もっと寒くならないと凍らない場合もありますが、風が強い場合やエアコンの室外機の利用で局所的に凍りやすくなる場合もあります）給湯器や水道管が凍結した場合は、自然に解凍するのを待って、水道や給湯器を急激に暖めないで下さい。さもないと、水道管が破裂したり、給湯器が故障する場合があります。
早朝、冷え込みが予想され、朝からお湯を使用したい場合は、ベランダの給湯器のガスの元栓を締めてから、一晩中、蛇口（お湯側の蛇口）から少しずつ水を出して下さい。そうすると、給湯器の凍結は防げます。ただし、水道代がたくさんかかりますが…。
A water service and hot water supply device may freeze up when it becomes very cold. It is very rare that the water supply in Kyoto freeze. But the hot water supply device may freeze when it is less than -1 degree centigrade by a weather forecast. (Actually it may not freeze when it become less cold because an electric heater is contained.)
When a water service and hot water supply device may freeze up, please wait when it defrosts naturally. And please do not heat them. Otherwise water pipe may explode and a hot water supply device may break down.
If you really wants to use hot water from morning even if the hot water supply device will be freeze in the early morning, please start water from a faucet (hot water side) little by little overnight after closing the cock of the gas of the hot water supply device in your balcony. Then you can prevent the freeze of the hot water supply device although much water will be wasted.
[給湯器の凍結について/About the freeze of the water service and hot water supply device]
結露について / About dew condensation
寒暖の差が激しい時、アルミサッシの窓に結露が生じます。結露を放置すると、カビが生えることがありますので、以下の点、ご留意下さい。（もし気にならない場合は、カーテンなどにカビが生えても、塩素系洗剤で洗濯すると除菌することが出来るので、過度に気にする必要はありません。）1)結露はこまめに拭いて、カーテンや床がなるべく濡れないようにしてください。
（結露防止シートや結露吸着シートを窓に張ると、窓が割れる可能性があります。また、窓を暖めても、窓が割れる場合がありますので、窓に何かを貼ったり、暖めたりしないで下さい。）
2) 料理をする時やシャワーを使う時など、湿気を生じる時は、換気扇を使って下さい。
（換気扇を使う時は、窓やドアを少し開けて下さい。そうしないと換気扇の性能が発揮されません。）
When there is difference of temperature of the heat and cold, the dew condensation occurs to the window of the aluminum frame. Although it is usual thing, if dew condensation occurs heaveily, mold may grow when we do not perform the following thing.(You don't have to worry about mold excessively if you don't mind. If you wash the curtains with chlorine-based detergent, it will become clean.)
1) Please wipe off the dew condensation with a dustcloth. Then it prevents curtain and floor from getting wet.
(The window may be broken when you put a dew condensation prevention seat or a dew condensation adsorption seat on the window. And also the window may be broken when you warm the window. Therefore please don't put anything on the window. And please don't heat the window.)
2) Please use the ventilation fan, when you cook, when you shower, or when you produce moisture.
(When you use the ventilation fan, please open a window or a door. Otherwise the performance of ventilation fan is not well.)

マンションエントランスのオートロックのドアについて
About the door of the locking automatically of the apartment entrance
マンションエントランスのオートロックのドアは、確実に閉めて下さい。ドアが確実に閉まっていないと、ドアから警告音が鳴り、近隣の部屋に響きます。
最近、ドアが確実に閉まってないケースが多く、騒音が発生して、問題になっていますので、ご協力よろしくお願いします。
Please close the door of the entrance of this building surely.
When the door doesn't close surely, the beep sound sounds from a door and sounds through the room of the neighborhood.
Recently someone doesn't close the door surely, therefore the noise often occurs and it becomes the problem. We kindly ask for your cooperation.
ゴミは京都市指定の黄色い燃やすゴミ用の袋に入れて下さい！ 残念ながら、京都市指定のゴミ袋に入っていなかったので、このゴミは収集されませんでした。
京都市指定のゴミ袋は、コンビニやスーパーで購入することが可能です。わからない場合は、家主までお尋ね下さい。
Please put these garbage into the yellow "Burnable garbage" bag which designated by Kyoto city!
Unfortunately these garbage were not collected. Because these garbage were not packed into the designated garbage bag. Kyoto city government is very bureaucratic.
You can buy the designated garbage bag in convenience stores and supermarkets. If you can't, please ask to Usasan.

資源ゴミとしてゴミを出す場合は、「プラスチック容器・ラッピング」と「缶・びん・ペットボトル」は、混ぜないで下さい。
資源ゴミは分別の仕方を間違うと、収集してもらえないので、燃やすゴミ用として詰め直しました。
紙も、大きな段ボールや新聞紙を除いて、京都市指定の燃やすゴミ用の黄色の袋に入れて出して下さい。
資源ゴミとして出す場合は、洗ってからリサイクルゴミを指定の袋に入れる必要があります。洗ってから出せない場合は、可燃ゴミ用の黄色い袋にゴミを入れて下さい。
正しく分別出来ない場合は、京都市指定の燃やすゴミ用の黄色の袋に入れて出して下さい。
If you want to put your garbage as resource garbage, please do NOT mix "Plastic containers and wrappings" and "Cans, glass bottles, PET bottles(plastic bottles)".
If we mistake the way to separate the resource garbage, the city government don't pick it up. Therefore we repacked it to the yellow bag for the burnable garbage which Kyoto city government appointed.
We can recycle newspaper and the big corrugated cardboards. But we can't recycle small paper. Therefore please put the small paper into yellow bag as "burnable garbage" which Kyoto city appointed .
We have to clean up the resource garbage. If you can't, please put all garbage into the yellow bag for "Burnable garbage" which designated by Kyoto city.
If you can't separate the garbage exactly, please use the yellow bag for the burnable garbage.

ゴミは京都市指定の黄色い燃やすゴミ用の袋に入れて下さい！ ゴミ出しのルールに反していると、ゴミが収集されません。

These garbage were not collected out because these garbage are against the rule. We had to repack to the garbage bag which designated by Kyoto city. And we had to bring them out.

今後も、この状況が繰り返される場合は、ゴミ出しをする人物を特定するためカメラを設置して、特別清掃費用(1万円)をお支払い頂くことになります。
If this situation continues, we install a video camera and identify the person who performed getting out garbage. And we charge 10000 yen as extra cleaning fee.

ゴミを資源ゴミとして出す場合は、洗う必要があります。洗えない場合は、可燃ゴミとして出して下さい。
