年始(1月1日～5日)は、ごみの回収がありません。ゴミは自室で保管下さい。There are no garbage collection in New Year Holiday (from 1 Jan to 5th Jan). Please keep your garbage in your room in this period.

2024/12/21給湯器の凍結について / The freeze of the hot water supply device
寒くなると、給湯器が凍結する場合があります。目安としては、天気予報で氷点下マイナス１度以下になると、凍結し、お湯が出なくなる場合があります。（給湯器内には凍結防止装置が入っているので、氷点下以下になっても凍らない場合もありますが、風が強い場合などは局所的に凍りやすくなる場合もあります）（また、エアコンを長時間お使いになられた場合やエアコン室外機の風の向きによっては凍結しやすくなります。給湯器がベランダに置いてない部屋についてはこの限りではありません）
早朝、冷え込みが予想され、朝からお湯を使用したい場合は、屋内にある給湯器の電源を切ってから、深夜から早朝にかけて蛇口（お湯側の蛇口）から、水をポタポタ出して下さい。
（水を出しすぎると、給湯器などの故障の原因となることがあるので、水は少しずつでお願いします。給湯器の電源は抜かないで下さい）
給湯器や水道管が凍結した場合は、自然に解凍するのを待って、水道や給湯器を急激に暖めないで下さい。お湯をかけたりして、解凍を急ぐと水道管が破裂したり、給湯器が故障する場合があります。
A water service and hot water supply device may freeze up when it becomes very cold. It is very rare that the water supply in Kyoto freeze. But the hot water supply device may freeze when it is less than -1 degree centigrade by a weather forecast.
(Since the water heater has an anti-freezing device, it may not freeze even if the temperature drops below freezing, but if the wind is strong, it may freeze locally.) (Also, if you use the air conditioner for a long time it may freeze easily. This does not apply to rooms that do not have a water heater on the balcony.)
If you really wants to use hot water from early morning, please turn off the indoor water heater and then let the water drip from the faucet (hot water side faucet) little by little overnight.
(If you put out too much water, it may cause the water heater to malfunction, so please use water little by little. Do not unplug the water heater.)
If the water heater or water pipe is frozen, please wait for it to thaw naturally and do not warm the water heater rapidly. If you rush to defrost by pouring hot water on it, the water pipe may burst or the water heater may break down.

「資源ゴミ」に、紙類を混ぜないで下さい。
マンション内で紙類をゴミとして出す場合は、「燃やすゴミ」として出して下さい。紙類をリサイクルしたい場合は、古紙回収業者へお出して頂くか、自分で京都指定の回収拠点へお持ち下さい。
「資源ごみ」は、「プラスチック容器・ラッピング」と「缶・びん・ペットボトル」の2つのカテゴリーしかありません。
資源ゴミのリサイクルを希望される場合は、洗ってから、京都市指定の透明の「資源ごみ用」の袋に入れて、指定の曜日に出して下さい。汚れが落ちない場合やこの2分類にあてはまらないその他の資源ゴミは、「燃やすゴミ」として黄色い指定の袋に入れて出して下さい。資源ゴミとして出す場合は、この2分類を遵守して、他のゴミとは混ぜないで下さい。
Please do not mix paper with "recyclable garbage".
If you wish to dispose of paper as garbage in our apartments, please bring them as "Burnable Garbage".
If you would like to recycle paper, please take it to a used paper recycling company or take it yourself to a designated collection station in Kyoto city governmenat.
There are only 2 categories about recycle garbage. One is "Plastic containers and Wrappings" and the other is "Cans, Glass bottles, PET bottles(plastic bottles)".
If you want to recycle, please use the transparent plastic bags for the resources garbage which Kyoto city appointed after rinsed. If you don't want to recycle, and if the dirty containers that can't be rinsed clean should be handled as "Burnable garbage". Please put them into yellow bag which Kyoto city appointed . In case, you put your gargabe as resources garbage, please do NOT mix other garbage.

水道工事・断水のお知らせ
１０月８日（火）、水道メーターの交換のため、断水があるとの連絡がありました。断水時間は、午前１１時頃から30分程度の予定です。
ご不便をおかけして申し訳ありませんが、ご協力、よろしくお願いします。

There will be water supply construction on 8 October. The water supply will be cut off around 11 am.It may be change in the end time for the water outage. Thank you for your cooperation.

バイクの駐輪はお断りしています。
DON'T Park motorcycles in this building.
特に大型バイクは騒音などご近所の迷惑になりますので、乗り入れないで下さい。なお、近隣の路上への駐輪も厳禁です。
DON'T enter the large motorbikes, as they cause nuisance to neighbors due to noise and so on.
Parking on nearby streets is also strictly prohibited.
今後も駐輪を続けられた場合は、施錠（ロック）を行い、駐輪料(2万円)をお支払い頂きます。
If you continue to park the motorbike, the bike will be locked and you will be charged special parking fee (20,000 yen).

所定外のゴミ出しは固くお断りします。
Putting out the garbage outside the designated area is strictly prohibited.
ゴミを京都市指定の袋に入れないで出すことは厳禁です（ゴミは京都市指定の袋に入れて出して下さい）
It is strictly prohibited to dispose of garbage without putting it in the bags designated by Kyoto city(Please put the garbage into the bag designated by Kyoto City).
京都市指定の袋に入れないでペットボトルが出されています。
出した人は、至急に撤去して、京都市指定の袋に入れて、水曜の朝に出して下さい。
Many plastic bottles were putting without being placed in the bags designated by Kyoto city.
Anyone who put out should remove them immediately. And put them in bags designated by Kyoto City, and put them again on Wednesday morning.
このままゴミを放置された場合は、不法投棄として警察に捜査の依頼を行い、特別清掃料を請求させて頂きます。
日本国の法律により、不法投棄を行った対象者には、5年以下の懲役もしくは1000万円の罰金、または両方が科されます。
If you leave the garbage as it is, we will ask the police to investigate as illegal dumping and charge a special cleaning fee.
Under Japanese law, those who commit illegal dumping are subject to imprisonment of up to 5 years or a fine of 10 million yen, or both.

結露について / About dew condensation
寒暖の差が激しい場合、アルミサッシの窓に結露が生じます。結露を放置すると、カビが生えることがありますので、以下の点、ご留意下さい。
（カーテンなどにカビが生えても、塩素系洗剤で洗濯すると除菌することが出来るので、過度に気にする必要はありません。）
1)結露はこまめに拭いて、カーテンや床がなるべく濡れないようにしてください。
（結露防止シートや結露吸着シートを窓に張ると、窓が割れる可能性があります。また、窓をヒーターなどで暖めると、窓が割れる場合がありますので、ご注意下さい。）
2) 料理をする時やシャワーを使う時など、湿気を生じる時は、換気扇をご利用下さい。
（吸気口がないと、換気扇が性能を発揮しませんので、窓などを少し開けて下さい。）
When there is difference of temperature of the heat and cold, the dew condensation occurs to the window of the aluminum frame. Although it is usual thing, if dew condensation occurs heaveily, mold may grow when we do not perform the following thing.(You don't have to worry about mold excessively if you don't mind. If you wash the curtains with chlorine-based detergent, it will become clean.)
1) Please wipe off the dew condensation with a dustcloth. Then it prevents curtain and floor from getting wet.
(The window may be broken when you put a dew condensation prevention seat or a dew condensation adsorption seat on the window. And also the window may be broken when you warm the window. Therefore please don't put anything on the window. And please don't heat the window.)
2) Please use the ventilation fan, when you cook, when you shower, or when you produce moisture.
(When you use the ventilation fan, please open a window. Otherwise the performance of ventilation fan is not well.)

排水管の詰まりについて
最近、他のマンションの事例になりますが、「排水の詰まり」が発生しました。新しいトイレは節水型となっていることがあり、異物を流さなくても、トイレットペーパーを多量に流した場合などにも、詰まりが発生することがあるとのことですので、ご留意お願いします。
キッチンや洗面においては、固形物だけでなく、髪の毛や油なども詰まりの原因になりますので、流さないようお願いします。
特に、天ぷら油など、調理用の油は、排水管の詰まりの原因になりますので、固めたり、吸収させるなどして、処分し、決して排水には流さないようお願いします。
また、シンナーやベンジンなどの有機溶剤は、配水管を腐食させる原因となりますので、流さないようお願いします。
